Tiffany Minnis is an experienced hospitality professional and the newly appointed General Manager of the Private Villa Collection at Grace Bay Resorts in Turks and Caicos. With a passion for personalized service and a wealth of experience in luxury properties, Tiffany is poised to enhance Grace Bay Resorts’ reputation as the go-to destination for discerning travelers.

Having spent five successful years at the world-renowned Grace Bay Club, the first luxury all-suite resort in Turks and Caicos, Tiffany brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She previously served as the VIP Relations Manager, excelling in promoting the resort to travel partners and managing the VIP guest experience. Prior to that, Tiffany was the Guest Service Manager at Grace Bay Club. Throughout her career, she has also held positions at other notable properties in Turks and Caicos, including Gansevoort Turks and Caicos, The Regent Grand Hotel Providenciales, Seven Stars Resort & Spa, and COMO Parrot Cay.

Tiffany’s experience spans various aspects of luxury hospitality management, including staff training, guest services, event planning, and operational management. Her attention to detail and exceptional leadership skills have ensured seamless and memorable stays for guests under her care. In her free time, she enjoys being an active member of her church’s community outreach team, reading, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her family.
