A strong background in Customer Services having honed these skills through various supervisory posts in the Finance & Tourism Sectors, Mrs. Malcolm passion, keen interest and unwavering dedication to what is now hailed as one of the most lucrative markets speaks specifically to her recognition of the importance of serving some of the most discerning guests to The Islands of The Bahamas.

Under her direction, a new and aggressive Wedding team was formed and has since forged the way by re-establishing The Bahamas Bridal Association (only association of local professional wedding service providers endorsed by MOT), developing The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism very own Honeymoon Registry, a Romance Blog, content for social media platforms which addresses the forever changing channels from which today’s couples engage and interact in an effort to procure information when planning destination weddings or honeymoons and more recently a series of U.S. based Signature Bridal Events which focus on authentically Bahamian products and services offered within The Islands of The Bahamas.
