For our 10th annual Coterie Retreat, we’re happy to be partnered with The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef. The hotel boasts the most gorgeous ocean views, luxe and newly designed accommodations, and a world-class spa, just to mention a snippet of what you can expect. Booking Details for Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef

Booking options:

  • Rates start at $349/night with a discounted $50 resort fee. Rates are per room, per night a,nd does not include an 12.5% Hotel room tax and 2.5% State cost recovery fee.

  • Last day to book:  Friday, November 8, 2024

  • Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival

Additional Details:

  • Group rates are valid 3 days pre/post the peak group dates and are subject to availability.

  • Resort fee is reduced from $75/night to $50/night.

  • Fees - 12.5% hotel room tax and 2.5% State Cost Recovery Fee are not included in nightly rate (subject to change without notice).

  • Cancellation Policy - 7 Days prior to arrival

  • Child Policy - Children 12 and under stay free.

  • According to The Westin Frenchman's Reef, you can cancel your room up to a week before arrival.

  • When you book, your credit card will be verified and you'll be charged upon arrival.

  • When you arrive to the Westin Resort Frenchman's Reef, you will head to the designated check-in area for Coterie Retreat attendees.

    There will be a charge of $200 for incidentals and each day after that until final checkout when you are charged for your stay.

  • Yes. There are shuttles that can transport you from the airport to the Hotel, and you can also take a taxi.

    If you'd like to prearrange a shuttle, they are $42/person each way. You can learn more about the pre-arranged shuttle here

  • You have until Friday, November 8, 2024 to book your accommodations.

  • Fly into the Cyril E. King International airport (STT). Then catch a shuttle for a quick 20 minute drive to the Resort.
