Details on how to book your room for the 2022 Coterie Retreat.

Proceed in entering your details under the heading CONFIRM YOUR STAY
For the section that has “ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW”-there is a REQUESTS box-this can accommodate flight information, bedding, floor preference etc.

Confirm reservation
Reservations are made one at a time, which means if you are reserving more than one room, then you will need to complete one before making the other.
The cut-off date for the receipt of reservations is November 04, 2022. We recommend booking early as there may be limited availability.
A 2-nights deposit is required at the time of booking; balance due on November 13, 2022 and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If there are any special requests such as first floor, second floor, room or facilities for the physically challenged, king bed, twin beds etc. please provide that information in “anything else we should know” section upon booking your reservation.
Additional Concessions:
Group rates are valid 3 days pre/post the peak group dates and are subject to availability and require full prepayment upon booking. Pre and Post stays are not guaranteed in the Rose hall Villas and may involve room changes to Hotel room.
Villas will receive 2 complimentary golf carts (not for use on the golf course). Additional carts based on availability are $40/day for 4 passenger units and $50/day for 6 passenger units.
10% discount on spa treatments booked at Fern Tree Spa.
Discounted golf rates booked at Half Moon Golf Course - with contracted golf rounds or minimum spend.
Resort fees are waived for our group.
Additional Information
Villa:
For the villas, as a guideline, persons must have the same arrival and departure dates in order to remain together. This will ensure that if there are persons staying outside of the group dates then the possibility of transferring to and from the hotel is minimized.
If the villa is being booked for pre or post-conference dates, there should be a minimum of three rooms occupied in order to allow for the full complement of the Villa staff. Otherwise, you will be required to transfer to a hotel accommodation (under the same group rates).
Airport Transfers
Round trip airport shuttle transfers from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay will be provided by our authorized ground handler, Jamaica Tours Limited.
The cost is US$20 per person and the room accounts will be billed accordingly should you opt-in for the airport transfer.
Accommodation Descriptions
Eclipse
Eclipse features luxurious and spacious accommodations, two restaurants, three bars, a market café, Fern Tree – a Salamander Spa, a sweeping infinity-edge swimming pool, and a private beachfront with a natural swimming cove.
Founders Cove
Founders Cove incorporates the iconic sections of Half Moon that were developed by the original owners of the property. Guests can stay at a combination of classic cottages centered around Sunset Beach, as well as the popular Hibiscus and Ocean Court accommodations.
Rose Hall Villas
Rose Hall Villas offers 5-, 6- and 7-bedroom accommodations, and are perfect for families, groups and golfers, with each featuring a living and dining room, outdoor living space, and private pool. Each villa comes with a butler, housekeeper, and a cook.

Garden View Villa Accommodations - Additional Information
Villas operate like mini hotels and are configured with 5, 6, or 7 bedrooms along with private pools. Each bedroom has its own keyed entry and facilities (en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, radio, cable TV, AC, safe, bathrobes, etc) with a garden view. High Speed wireless is available at no additional charge.
Each villa is staffed with a butler, housekeeper, and cook. The cook stays in the villa overnight (next to the kitchen service area) while the butler and housekeeper leave at the end duty each day. Prior to your arrival, you have the option to send a grocery list to your butler so they can procure the items before you arrive.
A golf cart will be made available for Villa guests to transport yourself to/from the conference area and any other areas in the resort.
We will assign attendees to villa rooms so make sure to include if you are planning to share a room with a guest when you complete your accommodation reservation.
